     Since shipping fees vary depending on the country and weight, please email us at sales@guitarnucleus.com for a shipping quote. If you order without a quote and additional fees are necessary we will contact you with the amount that needs to be added.

Express Mail^® International .... 6 Days
Priority Mail^® International .... 6 - 10 Days
First-Class Mail^® International .... Varies (average 14 days)

Purchases
     International orders over $75 will have to be mailed using International Priority Insured unless previously approved by the sales office. International purchases above $200 will have to be approved by the Sales Office before shipping. We reserve the right to sell to anyone domestic or internationally. If for some reason the sales office feels insecure about your info we reserve the right to cancel the order. No orders over $200 will be shipped without going Registered Mail.

Shipping Time
     Shipping time is usually 10-14 days however we have had instances where customs has held packages for longer than normal.

Customs Taxes / Prohibitions
     Some (most) countries add tax on shipments from outside the country. Please check with your local customs office about fees and delivery times. Make sure what you order is not prohibited. Some countries have strict limitations on imports and your order could get stuck in customs.

Limitations
     We are limited to the countries we ship to. Spain does not allow imported musical instruments or parts. World events prohibit us from shipping to the Middle East and some parts of Africa and Asia. Some countries require special licenses to import / export. All customs declarations are filled out with the correct titles and value to avoid legal problems on our side. If you are not sure check before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

      Our normal shipping for International Orders is 1st Class International. If you want to insure your order then we have to use International Priority.

Any orders not including the additional fees will ship Airmail Letter Post no insurance. We are not responsible for items not insured.
