USPS charges by country and by weight. Most orders will be covered by the standard fee which is automatically added at checkout. You will see the shipping fee at the bottom of the shopping cart page before you complete checkout. UPS is available to some countries but the fees will be much higher and require a quote. Sorry but no rush shipments.
To help insure proper delivery international orders over $75 will be mailed using Registered Mail. Orders over $200 will ship USPS Priority Insured.

Shipping Quotes
Shipping fees vary depending on the country and weight. Since weight is a major factor orders for large items or heavy items like transformers may require a higher fee than the basic fee added at checkout. UPS is available to some countries but the fees will be much higher. If you would like a UPS quote or think you order weight may exceed the standard fee email us at sales@guitarnucleus.com for a shipping quote. If you order without a quote and additional fees are necessary we will contact you with the amount that needs to be added before shipping.
Shipping Times - Estimated
Note: We cannot guarantee shipping times. Customs and the Postal System is in control, not us. Once the order leaves our warehouse we have no more control over it. Packages have been known to take 3-4 weeks to clear customs. Larger packages may take longer to clear customs.

Purchases
We reserve the right to sell to anyone domestic or internationally.
If for some reason the sales office feels insecure about your info we reserve the right to cancel the order. No orders over $200 will be shipped without Insurance and tracking.
Customs Taxes / Prohibitions
Some (most) countries add tax on shipments from outside the country. Please check with your local customs or postal office
about fees and delivery times. Make sure what you order is not prohibited. Some countries have strict limitations on
imports and your order could get stuck in customs.
* All shipments that leave the US are assigned a Customs Declaration number. This is not a tracking number. If you are required to pick up your package from customs give them this number.
Limitations
We are limited to the countries we ship to. Some countries do not allow imported musical instruments or parts.
World events are changing continually and with that can change our ability to ship to certain regions.
All customs declarations are filled out with the correct titles and full value to avoid legal problems on our side.
Shipping Insurance
Our standard shipping for International Orders below $200 is 1st Class International no insurance. If you want to insure your order then we have to use International Priority and the fees will be substantially higher. Be aware that insurance is for damages to the package and does not insure delivery.
We are not responsible for items not insured.
