Because of our discount prices there is a $1 fee added to the shipping fee on orders of less than $10.

** Some parts (speakers,transformers, etc) have shipping fees that may be higher due to excessive weight and or size. These will show up on order summary before submission.

*** International fees are dependent on country and weight. Most small orders are covered by the domestic fee. Please contact us for fees to your country.

    If you are having trouble getting your order to go thru you may need to adjust the settings on your browser. Look here for instructions on how to set your "cookies" to function with "secure servers".

Payment
    Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express credit card payments go thru Paypal.com secure credit card system. If you are using a credit card please read the "Ordering Info" page first to make sure your browser is properly set for online forms.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card we accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Business checks & Personal Checks. Use our mail in order form to order by mail. Please do not send cash thru the mail.

NOTE :  Personal or Business checks will have to clear the bank before order is shipped.

    Shipping charges will be added to the total order at time of checkout if using the online shopping cart system. Mail in orders need to check the appropriate shipping charts to determine fees to include in payment. international Orders need to see the International Shipping page to find info on how to order and get the correct shipping fees.

Paypal payments ship day following payment. Money order and cashier checks payments ship day after payment is received. Personal & or business checks take 7-10 working days after we receive payment to process before shipment.

NOTE: Some items like transformers or speakers which are very heavy may incur higher shipping fees. If so, it will show up at checkout.

In/Out Stock
In stock items usually ship by the next day. Although we try to make sure we have all that's listed in stock, sometimes we still run out. If your part is out of stock we may have to order it ourselves which increases shipping by 3-4 days. If the manufacturer is out , you will be notified and a full refund given. If the manufacturer can give us a possible date we will let you know and you will have the choice of waiting or not.

NOTE : Special order items are items we don't keep in stock and are ordered per customer.

Return Policy
    Return requests for any reason must be made within 72 hours of receiving shipment. No returns will be accepted without contacting Guitar Nucleus. and aquiring a return authorization number. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Opened packages will be subject to a $5 service charge. Any parts with evidence of usage or installation damage (ie: soldered electronics, broken screws, broken or filed nuts, etc.) are non returnable. Refunds will be at the discretion of Guitar Nucleus LLC.

Warranties
    Any new equipment is warrantied by manufacturer and subject to the terms of that particular manufacturers' warranty policies and guidelines. No other warranties of any kind are implied or given on any item. Used items carry no warranty other than to be in the condition described.
