We currently use PayPal's secure credit card payment server. Credit and Debit Cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You do not have to sign up or have an account to use it. If you prefer to use mail you can use our Mail Order Form to mail in your order. All personal checks will have to clear before shipping.

HOW TO USE SHOPPING CART

Once you click "Add To Cart" it will bring up the shopping cart window which shows the items you have selected and allows you to set the quantity. It will also show the shipping fee for those items.
Shipping fees for orders under the minimum are higher so the cart may show a higher shipping rate until you reach the minimum order.

The cart automatically adds 1 item, to increase the quantity just type in the number and click "Update Cart".  If you are ordering multiple items use the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to the Part Store. The shopping cart window stays open and comes to the front when new items are added.

When you are ready to checkout click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. The "Billing Information" window will come up that allows you to put in the billing and shipping information as well as your credit or debit card information. Remember, you do not have to sign up with paypal to use your credit card.

Once you are finished the next window will give you a complete rundown on the items ordered, shipping and billing info and totals. After submitting the info you will come to a "Thank You" window from the Guitar Nucleus confirming your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders Monday thru Friday from 10am - 6pm CST. Orders placed after 6pm CST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 6pm CST Friday will be processed Monday morning. You will receive an email with your receipt attached showing shipping dates.

BACKORDERS

Although we try to keep up our inventory we do run out sometimes and are forced to order parts to fill orders. If the manufacturers run out of the parts and they are not available in a timely manner you will receive a refund for your order. If they may be available in the near future we will contact you before refunding to see if you want to wait.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship USPS Priority. Orders that weigh over 5 lbs or are large in size ship UPS. Orders will receive a delivery confirmation from USPS with a delivery number when your order ships.

NOTE:
USPS Online is not a real time tracking system. Movements show up only when postal workers scan the package which happens at drop off and delivery (usually). Sometimes packages are scanned when received at hubs but this is not always true.

RETURN POLICY

Return requests for any reason must be made within 72 hours of receiving shipment. No returns will be accepted without contacting Guitar Nucleus and aquiring a return authorization number. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Opened packages will be subject to a $5 service charge. Any parts with evidence of usage or installation damage (ie: soldered electronics, broken screws, broken or filed nuts, etc.) are non returnable. Refunds will be at the discretion of Guitar Nucleus LLC.
